Have installed the terrain mesh and all looks ok.
Mike does the Snow dog tour seaplane bases include those serviced by Misty Air?

If not I can make some water starts and place a cabin and windsock using ADE.

I have just done Alava Bay Cabin.

These are automatically placed when using the FS9 scenery (in FS9) but are not available in FSX.

I did try and get the FS9 Glacier Bay scenery to work in FSX but with poor results.

However with Petes permission I will do this but need some help in finding the correct lats and longs at the correct location or as near as makes no difference.
Those that are shown on the various maps do not necessarily match to FSX terrain so some leeway is needed.

Also I will want someone to test that I have got the locations ok.

These locations will then of course show up in both map and GPS views.

Richard,

From my 'welcome' post in the Admin area:

Hopefully, other people will join this forum, with better scenery making skills than I have, to help with this task.

Now then, you know I know you have those skills ;D

I could probably let you have the lats & longs

Glad to have you aboard matey. ;D

(BTW: I'm on TS now)

If you haven't seen it yet, Holger just posted some new screens of the Tongass X photoreal settlements. Absolutely amazing if you ask me.

At the lower end of the scale there are numerous aiports in BC & Alaska coming out.
Look for Smith Graphics & Daniel Louvet(?) on flightsim.
